Theft report and insurance transfer

This is how the customers can transfer their bikes to their respective insurance in case of a theft.

1. Customer enables the insurance and enters the insurance data in Passport

Based on the insurance number pattern the insurance company will be detected and automatically filled

2. Customer opens Theft Report

Customer checks content:

• time

• date

• address

3. Customer generates theft report

In case the insurance number and company are detected (taken from Passport) the Theft Report offers to transfer the bike and also send the theft report to the insurance company.

4. Bike is transferred to insurance company’s account and removed from the customer’s account

5. Customer and insurance company receive the theft report notification with the PDF attached via email
